1. Order Process

purchased from Homie Textile within 14 days from the date of delivery, in

affärslokaler).

4.2 Return Process

– To exercise your right to return, please notify us of your
intent to return the Goods by contacting us at info@homietextile.com within the
14-day period.

– Please ensure that the Goods are in their original,
unused, and undamaged condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

– You are responsible for the cost of returning the Goods,
unless the return is due to a fault or defect in the product.

4.3 Refund

– Upon receiving the returned Goods and verifying their
condition, we will process the refund as required by Swedish consumer
protection laws.

– The refund will be made using the same payment method used
for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon.

– Please note that the refund may take several business days
to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

4.4 Faulty or Defective Goods

– If you receive faulty or defective Goods, please contact
us immediately at info@homietextile.com, and we will provide instructions for
return and a full refund, including return shipping costs, in accordance with
Swedish consumer protection laws.

– We may request photographic evidence of the fault or
defect to expedite the return process.

– Your statutory rights under Swedish law are not affected
by these terms and conditions.
